Pregnancy has an immense pressure on the pelvic floor and abdomen due to weight gain and to fit the baby, relocating the organs.

Add the childbirth, breast-feeding, carrying the baby in the arms…which involve greater pressure and often result in back pain, pain in sexual relationships, in a swollen stomach, in hernias, incontinence and prolapses.

Wait, here comes the non sense

Trying to recover our body with more pressure: only with abs, cross fit, dance, run, gym, swim…

This is what we know now:

The solution to pressure is NOT more pressure.

Most older women find it normal to wear incontinence pads. But this didn’t happen before because the body wasn’t abused.

We’ve agreed to do impact sport without compensating for the pressure. But a woman’s body is not a man’s. How do you think your pelvic floor will end?
